Terms of delivery

Estimated delivery time
Delivery of orders outside the territory of Bulgaria takes between 5 days after shipment is dispatched, depending on the country of delivery, delivery service, and courier.
Delays are to be expected in periods around national and international holidays, official non-working days or periods around Black Friday. If you do not receive your order, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the matter in your interest.

Shipping and Delivery Rates
Our online platform calculates the weight of the products and selects the most economical option for delivery to your country.

Shipping to EU countries
Extra duties and taxes may apply to any of the countries in those regions. Please refer to the national customs office in your country to learn more about possible taxes before placing an order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Worldwide Deliveries
We don’t deliver outside European union.

The delivery cost will be visible when you finalize your order and it will be added to the final amount you have to pay via Card transaction, PayPal transfer or bank transfer.
