Payment methods

Card transaction – Our platform allows secure payment via the virtual Borica Bank service system and you may use your Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards, regardless of which country or bank they are registered in. During payments the link between the user (you) and the Borica system is secured and your data is not saved or stored, either by us or by third parties. We do not charge a fee for electronic payments and we do not have a limit to the transactions you can make.

PayPal – Fast, easy and secure, PayPal lets you complete payments electronically, without having to search for your credit or debit cards. During the payment, the link between the user (you) and the PayPal system is secured. We do not charge a fee for PayPal payments.

Cash on Delivery– Cash on Delivery is suitable for all orders on Bulgarian teritory. If you live in Bulgaria and want to pay on delivery, please check our Delivery Information page.

Bank transfer – You may pay for your order via a bank transfer if that suits you best. In this case it is necessary to select it from the payment options when finalizing your order. An order number will be generated, which must be present as a Reason for transfer. Immediately after the confirmation of your payment, we will ship your order. Our bank details are as follows:

Refund: We will refund the full purchase price and the delivery charges in case you cancell your purchase before goods shipment.
In case the order has been shipped, we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, the delivery charges are at your expense.
